Take advantage of 27 years of experience fishing Lake Ontario and it’s tributaries, plus 22years as a fishery biologist/manager for the New York State Dept. of Environmental Conservation. Check out techniques learned guiding on Lake Ontario, Lake Champlain, Lake George, the Finger Lakes, and many other inland waters.

Learn about fish behavior and temperature preference, seasonal movements of forage fish, coping with crystal clear water, trolling speed, specialized tactics, hot lures, fishing Dipsey divers, and more. We provide special classes for spring brown trout, offshore steelhead, summer brown trout, light line lakers, and dodgers and flies for salmon showing some of the secrets of Alaska commercial salmon trollers. Hands on participation is our modus operandi. Join classes of up to 6 anglers for a 6-hour, on-water session that will save you years of learning. Tuition: $120/person for 4-6 persons for 6-hour sessions.
